Cut near vagina

I have this one part near my vaginal opening where when it gets drive I’ll get a mini cut. I tend to have very dry skin in general, face and chest in particular. I don’t want to be putting any creams near my vagina. So lately I’ve been trying to not wear things that will run against it and basically going commando until it feels better. Anyone else have any advice on what I could do?
