10 weeks pp...could I be pregnant again?

So...I think there’s a chance I could be pregnant. I had my beautiful baby boy on November 11, 2018. I am not breastfeeding. My DH and I had sex 6 weeks postpartum, but he didn’t finish in me. Then, we used condoms. I had a short period (3-5 days) at the end of December. Then at my 6 week checkup (actually around 7-8 weeks pp), I got prescribed birth control and my OB told me to use protection for the first month. Well, I am an idiot...my husband and I had unprotected sex and he finished inside of me while I was supposed to be ovulating (had been on birth control for a week)...and we have had unprotected sex a few times now. I’ve been on birth control for 3 weeks now and I accidentally did happen to miss a day. Now I have been starting to feel sick (headaches, nausea, lightheadedness, bloating...etc) for about a week and it’s getting worse... is it probable that I am pregnant again? Any insight would be great. 👌🏼 Also...I know I’m an idiot so no need to say that. 😂 I take full responsibility for my actions. Thanks girls!
