My man makes me lose sleep 😂
So, I'm living with my man, right? We sleep in the same bed. Well, he and I share a bed and he sleeps in it. That's more so how it feels for me LMAO. Reason being, he moves and makes a ton of noise in his sleep. It jolts me awake most of the time. We're cuddling, and all of a sudden his arm just shoots up and he moves it around in his sleep, while my head is resting on it so it's annoying. He eventually stops for like a second, then his arms/legs spaz out even more through the night, smacking me in the face, nearly strangling me, kicking me, etc. which makes me scared that he's having a seizure or something. NOT ONLY THAT but he snores loud as hell. Sometimes I get scared, cause he'd stop breathing momentarily. It winds up being from him seemingly choking on his own tongue. He talks in his sleep, groans loud as hell, snores louder than a motorcycle gang's roaring engines. Idek what to do. It happens more if he has caffeine a couple of hours before bed, but it still happens with or without caffeine. He loves Mountain Dew and Fanta. I tell him to at least not have them so late in the day, or to find the caffeine-free option. He doesn't mind doing either, but it's not worth telling him every time. It's not that big of a deal.
TL;DR my bf spazzes out and snores loud as hell, jolting me awake (mostly in fear) from either one, and I don't know what it's from but I really want to figure it out. It's a pretty recent occurrence.
