Bad morning

Hey ladies, i have a concern. My 3 month old puppy was eating something he wasnt supposed to be, so I went to take it out of his mouth, and when I did, he bit down on my thumb, drawing blood and causing a puncture wound. He hasnt had his shots yet, but is scheduled to next week. My concern is, I just dewormed him last night.. hes been pretty sick and not to long before the bite, he had thrown up. I put alcohol on it and washed it with soap and water Should I be concerned? What should I do? I'm 38 weeks pregnant!
