Hes been in hospital for 2 weeks with heart and kidney failure. Only 10 % of his heart was working.He had to much fluid around his heart which was stopping his heart pumping properly..but they gave him strong medicine for his heart and to make him pee and he'd lost over 5 kilos in fluid. He was getting better the doctors were even talking about him coming home thursday. Yesterday was the last time i saw him. He was laughing and joking and really happy to be coming home,and now he's gone. I miss him so much already every thing reminds me of him, i cant stop crying. I'd do anything to get my poppa back.
