Herbalife & period problems
Has anyone had period issues after starting Herbalife?
I’ve been taking Herbalife for the past 3 months, and my previous period was mostly a strange spotting rather than a normal heavy flow period.
Now, I am supposed to get my period again, and it started the same - just spotting.
I am not pregnant, checked and confirmed (several times) so that shouldn’t be the issue.
Anyone experienced this before?
