Going back to school

Sooo last year I received my CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) .And now Im work at a nursing home as well as with a disabled little girl doing private duty work.

I want to further my career and experience but Im scared of school and the course load it will bring.

Ive always wanted to work with babies

And thought about becoming a neonatal nurse but the schooling scared me away.

Any other careers I should look into??

Or should I still keep my dream of being a neonatal nurse??

Im just looking for advice please

I really want to get back into school this year sometime
