Suffering Vaginismus?

Does anyone else here suffer with Vaginismus?? Although I have never seen a doctor about it I know that I have it (I can’t even get a tampon inside me, let alone fingers or anything). This has made me struggle in my two past relationships as I wanted to have sex but it’s hard to explain my problem and also embarrassing in bed. I’m really nervous about seeing a doctor about it or anything because of how embarrassing it feels so I’m just looking to see if anyone else suffers it and can help reassure me and maybe explain what happens after speaking with a doctor???
