Feelings of twins ?

Currently a little over 7 weeks. Morning sickness has been so bad that is never ends. I’ve actually lost almost 10 pounds in the last two weeks. I was finally able to get my perception approved my insurance and finally am able to eat although I am still very very sick all day long. My daughter is almost 9 with her I remember morning sickness but nothing like this at all !!!!!!! Even my boobs they have never ever hurt this bad constant pain that has not gone away. I feel like they are going to explode. Anyways .... I got this feeling it might be twins ... my mom carried twins but they did not make it full term. I just have this hunch I can’t shake. My ultra sound isn’t till 9 weeks 5 days .

Just wondering how many thought they had twins and turned out they were ! Or anyone who thought they were and were not. Need something to pass the time till this ultra sound
