HCG Levels only up by 2000 after 5 Days

I might be out ladies I had HCG tested at 7 weeks and it was 18000. Doctor wanted it tested again today at 7 weeks 5 days and it’s only up to 20000. She’s trying to bump my ultrasound to this week instead of two weeks time but I’m a mess.. after a stillbirth and a miscarriage. Has anyone had anything similar and it’s been ok or is it inevitable at this point.
