So this has been on my mind for quit a while now and I’m wondering if men think of the women in porn or other women while there Witt there spouse having sex? Do you just enjoy the moment with your spouse or do you fantasize about other women to help you get off while you are with your wife?

You have to realize that we as men are dumb and primal. It is purely a physical thing to us. So no if he loves you then you are all he thinks about. In fact it is quite the opposite. He thinks of you when he sees something like that. There is a difference between release and love. Still no excuse for cheating though that's a morality thing not a physical or emotional problem.
