Itchy everywhere?

So I’ve been getting itchy ALL OVER my body accompanied by little red rashes. I most commonly get them on my wrists, tops of hands, ankles, feet and stomach. Anyone else get like this the 3rd trimester and have a solution?

Did the rash proceed the itching?
Google ICP. I had it during my first pregnancy. It is a very serious condition that unfortunately many doctors are not familiar with. Scratching can result in rash-like marks. Ask for a bile serum blood test. 
If the rash appeared first. Could be PUPPP.
