How do you feel about laying on your bellies in the early stages of pregnancy?

I have been told that laying on your belly, while your still able to of course, wont harm the baby. But I still cant help but let it freak me out a bit. Anyone else have this fear?

It's perfectly safe I am 31 weeks and still can sorta lay on my belly but only if I'm in bed if I trying laying on anything else it hurts but it definitely feels weird when my baby is moving and I'm laying on my belly 😂😂
