Due date?

Hi all- I’m technically 8 weeks, 6 days but sweet baby is measuring at 9 weeks, 1 day. 
Will my due date be based off of where baby is measuring or how far along I actually am?

Mine does it based off the first ultrasound, but I would go with whatever date is furthest out to give you a better chance of going into labor before you’re “overdue.” Drs get induction happy after 40 weeks and you don’t want to force anything.

I don’t think they change it unless your off by a week or more. All babies grow at different rates so the due date based on your LMP would probably be the most accurate. Depends on the dr sometimes though. Congrats and good luck!

My dr always keeps the due date based on last menstrual period as long as it’s within 5 days of the dating scan. If baby measures 6 days +\- she goes off of the measurement on the ultrasound. I think that’s pretty typical for most doctors
