Acne a sign of pregnancy??

Never in my life have I’ve ever had acne. I’ll get a 1-3 small pimples before my period but never like this. It’s usually one or two on my forehead or one or two on my chin / upper lip

I’m going to take a test today or should I wait till tomorrow morning?

I’ve already made a post 2 weeks ago about my “period” coming 6 days earlier than expected in December- how it was much lighter and shorter than normal. 3 weeks later I had wiped a the toilet tissue was a slight light pink tint. Had cramping that week as well.

Took a test, came up negative. I think it could have been too early to come up positive if I am pregnant.

Thoughts?
