Gifts

So, I’m talking to this guy and we both like each other. We aren’t officially dating (ie he hasn’t asked me and we haven’t talked about it much). He got me a Christmas present which was not really expected, do you think it would be likely for him to get a valentines gift too? I don’t want to be petty and ask him but I also don’t want to feel bad for not getting him anything either. I just don’t want him to get the wrong impression either way. Please help 😭
