Needing a change

I really want to lose weight, I’ve been struggling since I had my son 6 months ago. I’ve been feeling really uncomfortable in my body and I don’t want to ruin the fun things to come this year. My son is a difficult baby, he’s usually screaming and always needs walked around and entertained so I’ve struggled with eating healthy meals instead of grabbing quick easy things. So I guess what I’m really looking for is what diets worked best for you postpartum? I feel like I need some sort of plan to stick to and just was wondering people’s results
