Help!

I’ve been checking my CP and on Monday the 21st I noticed blood on my finger and on the toilet paper. AF is suppose to come next Tuesday on the 29th i checked my CP today and it felt hard. My periods are regular and always on time. Is it too early for implantation? My cycle is 26 days.
