Low supply + period returned

Hi Mamas! So about two months ago I was hospitalized for a small intestine blockage simile to scar tissue from childhood, dehydration, and a lack of fiber in my diet. Because of the drugs they had me on, my little went on formula and has been supplementing ever since.

A few weeks ago I got my period. My little guy is 8 months old and I was wanting to go at least a year breastfeeding. He still takes the breast, but there’s just not as much there anymore.

Can I still get my supply going again if I start pumping? / eat the right things, etc?
