Random blood specs in urine (period was a week ago)

Hello, so I last week I was on my period till Monday, and I was “sexually active” one day after my period ended but not quite cause I was too tight down there😅 so we didn’t quite have full on sex. He didn’t cum at all inside me or near down there. Right now I currently have been noticing I have a slight yeast infection cause of the discharge but no itchiness or extreme pain. But cause I was taking antibiotics after surgery, so I’m associating the infection with that. But I also have been noticing after the “sex act” I have random blood specs like not multiple but like one per pee lol. Like if I pee I’ll see a spec in the toilet. Then when I wiped today I noticed a bit more blood. So I don’t know if it’s cause of my hormones and I haven’t had sex in about a year, and I just recently got off my period. Or it’s the yeast infection, but I’m not sure about that cause it usually goes away. I’m also thinking I might be pregnant, cause of my paranoia, I googled and spotting is a sign but ultimately I’m not entirely sure 😅 help??
