Weird to have a wedding after marriage cert?

Is it weird to get married before baby comes but have an actual wedding at a later date? My fiancé and I were engaged well before I fell pregnant and we decided to postpone said wedding until the year after baby (we were planning on getting married this May and now I’m due in May). I would like to be “officially” married before baby arrives - it makes things easier with him being Navy as well- but I still want to have an actual wedding eventually, though I feel like people would think it was dumb because “we’re already married”... I know at the end of the day it’s my choice but just looking for opinions
