Going off my last post about whether it was weird to have a ceremony next year if we get married before baby comes (btw ladies thanks for making me not feel weird)

If you were to get married but plan a ceremony for a later date would you tell people? I mean to the extent of changing your name on social media etc or would you just leave it until the actual wedding?

Do you celebrate the official marriage date as your anniversary or did you wait and count the actual ceremony as the anniversary date?
