How many Oz do you pump from each breast on each pumping session??

Question

So I chose the Medela swing since it was small and good to carry everywhere.
I am 15wpp and exclusively BF my baby boy.
I don’t know how much milk I was supposed to be extracting to have a good supply.
I can pump 4oz when my baby sleeps 7hs on the night but I don’t think that’s enough. How many oz you pump from each breast each time?
I am scared to dry out when I get back to work on May.

My little guy was drinking 6 bottles that were 4-6 oz every time from like 3 months on. At 6 months we added food so I needed about 24-30 oz a day. I would get about 6 oz every time I pumped and I pumped 6 times a day after about 4 months. I would fill 2 16oz Mason jars a day and I never had more to freeze. I never had a stash. He ate what I pumped the day before and I had formula in the diaper bag just incase because I worked 12 hour shifts and couldn't leave to give him more if he needed it. I drank mother's milk tea and tried to drink lots of water. I ate oatmeal with flaxseed for breakfast every day. The supplements made my supply dip so I didn't use those much. Hope this helps...

I get 10oz in the morning after not pumping during the night, and then throughout the day 3/4 hourly, I get 4-5oz.

Do you know how much baby takes from a bottle? My LO does 3.5oz bottles. When I pump at work I get 3.5-5 oz each time.

My daughter was in NICU for 5 weeks because she was born early. When I pumped it would very. At one time I was pumping 6 oz per side but most of the time I pumped 6-8oz altogether.
