help could i be pregnant or is it just a missed period

hi everyone ive had some trouble and im worried/confused not sure if this is the right place and wondering if anyone had experiances like this been ttc for a month i sarted bleeding it was heavy spotting to medium bleeding its was brown and it was three days (normally i have horrible periods i normally habe to wear incontinent pads) took two tests and they were very faint positives and a negative then took a bunch more about a week later and they were all negative took some today as well and all negative so im confused and worried the bleeding was the 2nd to the 4th of jan i was due on on the 7th i have been to the docs asked for a blookd test and they told me to wait it out and take more tests
