Someone comment and help.. i have no one else to ask or tell.

Been tracking periods for a year now and ttc for 4 months, never been more then a day late. I am now 4 days late still bfn today with afternoon diluted urine. This is the first month I just felt pregnant. I have sore nipples in particular super fatigue and I've had dull period like cramps for the last week with no blood except lost of lotiony/watery discharge and my cervix is barely reachable and super soft. Im naturally a stressed person and my periods are still like clockwork. Can anyone shed some insight?
