Go back to work ?

So i haven’t been working since i was 15 weeks pregnant due to some complications . Well my little baby girl is here healthy ! Me and my husband agreed i wouldn’t go back to work until she was a year . Well, she’s 6 months old now , still breastfed but also is on solids . My sister works for a really good school district and they have a job opening for an aid that’s 5 days a week, 3 hrs a day. I’m wondering if i should take it . I’d only be away from her for about 3 hrs and the school is 5 minutes from our house and 5 minutes from my mom house which is who would be watching her . I could wait and see if there will be openings later , or i could take this now . Also, they get a lot of time off such as spring breaks, winter breaks, and of course the summer off so id have from late June- early September off with her again. Should i wait the full year or go ahead ? It may sound stupid but I’m having mom guilt if i take it , also she is going through a clingy separation anxiety recently i can’t even walk away without her crying . Just looking from some good advice to help me make a decision
