Brown discharge?

I’m around 6 weeks and this is the first time this has happened since I found out. It wasn’t like blood or anything, maybe slightly but it was a very opaque pink mixed with a lot of stretchy brown discharge, almost like the end of a period and all the old blood was coming out. But I’m super freaked out right now. Anyone else experienced this? I’ve also had some slight cramping, nothing to make me want to hold a breath or something, more like an annoying pain and then it’s gone.

Ps. My first appt isn’t until the 6th so I literally have no way of really having someone to trust and call to ask.
