I need opinions

So I’m 23 & in nursing school. I work at a hospital and am currently dating someone from work. I’m not saying “he’s the one”or that “I’m gonna marry this guy” because anything can happen.. but he told me he doesn’t believe in marriage. I am the type of person who wants a wedding, marriage, a proposal and a ring! I’m not expecting any guys to do this but this has been my dream since I was a kid. What are you opinions on how to date someone who doesn’t care for marriage but you do?!
