how to lose 20 lbs?

hi, i am 5’1” 115lbs and my goal is 95. i am vegan, gluten free, pretty healthy like no added sugar and eat like 1000-1800 cal a day. i barely have time to workout since i have so much work but hopefully when the days start to get longer i can go for runs in the early morning. i know i need to eat more vegetables but other than that idk what else i need to do :/ tips?
