Blood clot or something else ?

I started to have unbearable cramps an started bleed some an cramps were so bad I had curl up in a ball an was crying I got into a hot bath for about an hour an that still wasn’t helping I felt I had push an it was only little bit relief I got an then this came out an now the pain is bearable it doesn’t look like normal blood clots to me can someone else please give me there opinion on this
