Possible miscarriage??

To be honest, the first time I had a miscarriage, I passed it all at once with no pain or bleeding. Now, I have no idea. I haven't been to the Dr since I went to the ER on the 19th. On the 22nd, I went to the bathroom 3 different times and took pictures.(I got sick yesterday so I wanna make sure I feel better before any appt.) My boyfriends family thinks I miscarried. Please some advice. I'm all ears. (PS I'll try to post the other 5 pictures.) ***The last one is my pregnancy test I took on the 12th***
