What to do with cravings?
I’m craving ice cream and cookie dough (the one that you can eat and it’s safe) im almost 20 weeks pregnant. But I have been putting on so much weight. I do not eat unhealthy, I don’t over eat, and I don’t drink sodas. I have been trying so hard to eat good things for baby but I’m still putting on so much weight. And lately I want a bowl of ice cream, oreos, and cookie dough. And I don’t want to eat it because of me weight. What to do with these cravings?!
