Pregnant and unsure what to do...

So I found out I’m pregnant and I’m unsure on what to do... the person I’m pregnant for isn’t my bf but we’ve been on and off for 6yrs now and I really love him and I’m ready for another baby but can’t help but feel like he doesn’t want it... he knew I wasn’t on contraception as I was on the patch until August last year...

He says he loves me but I don’t believe it as I know he’s been talking to other girls and as much as he might say it’s not like that.. I know how he is and how guys get over him 🙄 ...
