Weird discharge 19 weeks pregnant with a preventative cerclage

I had a preventative cerclage placed at 13.5 weeks. Surgery went well, and recovery went pretty good. I had the normal spotting and red blood clots for 2-3 days after surgery. I’ve had normal discharge so far, white and clear. Now I’m 19 weeks, and the last 2 weeks I have felt off. I had terrible diarrhea. It was that or constipation.🙄 My stomach has been aching and I feel tightening. It’s very uncomfortable. I think it’s bloating from my progesterone shots I started. So anyways, yesterday I had a pretty big day cleaning house, vacuuming, dusting laundry etc. We have stairs in our house, so where ever I go I have to climb a flight of stairs, because we live on the top floor. In the evening I noticed I had a lot of thick yellowish mucus like discharge with a tint of pink. It scared me. Do you think I need to worry? Could it be my mucus plug or is it just normal discharge? It’s hard to tell, but it feels like it burns a little too when I go pee and right after?! I’m just freaking out that it might be an infection. Today I haven’t noticed any of that weird discharge again. I lost our first son at 24 weeks a year ago so any little thing has got me scared!!😩 I guess I would like to know if you had a lot of yellow discharge after cerclage? Or is it something I should call my doctor about?
