Bottle to sippy cup?

I didn't even know this was a thing but are you meant to change baby from bottle to sippy cup?? What age?? I thought they just stayed on bottles until 1 so I'm confused lol

I don't understand how this is a complicated concept. You begin solids at 6 months and at that point you should also be introducing sippy cups as well. Babies should be off the bottles by 12-15 months. In our home, we had our daughter off bottles by 9 or 10 months.

We started introducing soppy cups at 10 months for small amounts of water. My son was 100% off bottles by 13 months.

Our pediatrician told me, they should be broke from the bottle by 15 months. I thought it was going to be super hard, because she refuses to drink out of a sippy. Took about two weeks after she turned one with a straw cup!

It's fine if they use bottles til 1. I started mine on the sippy cup around 7 months and by 1 we had been off bottles for a few months.

I started giving my baby a sippy cup at 10 months.  He took to it really easy, he didn’t like it at first but after a few tries he has no problems and exclusively uses sippy cups now.
