Shower head?

Ok so I hear a lot of people talking about the shower head trick but I don’t understand how to do it. I’ve seen videos and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Can someone explain step by step lol

Ok so you need to have a shower head that’s not fixed.. so that you can move it like take it in your hand. Then you change to « massage mode » (that’s what i do, so there’s more pressure) you can stay standing or sit in the shower. And then you bring the water so that it hits your clit.. that’s it :)
