Ok so my boyfriend has a drug issue. It’s just recently became worse. We live today but for the past few days I been staying with my mom. We’ve messaged he’s been ok said he’ll stop and blah blah well today he said he’s coming down and told feel good BUT he’s coming for our 3 month old and she’s leaving with him he don’t care what I say or who’s here! He says he’s going to take her! He don’t care if I call the cops he has rights and they’ll let her leave with him. Is this true! I don’t want her too leave me I’m her mother I do everything!!! I’m so mad! Has anyone one thru this ! I’ll tell the cops he does drugs he needs help! But will thy still say he has rights let her go?
