Breast hurt like crazy!!!
I have been exclusively pumping for 3 weeks now and today my left breast is physically killing me!!! Its not just the nipple its the whole breast but its not swollen or super engorged its just super super sore. What can I do about it? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
