PLEASE HELP!!!

So me and my boyfriend have been having un protected sex, and I recently switched to a new birth control pill and missed my period that month, got scared so I took a test and negative then I went on with another month with the same birth control didn’t get my period again so I took at test and it came out negative, but this is the problem I RAN OUT OF PILLS AND DIDNT GET ANOTHER MONTH REFILL and I just had un protected sex 2 days ago can I get pregnant if I don’t get the refill soon????
