11 days late , BFN Hpt

My AF is 11 days late, I’ve got 4 BFN! Should I give it a few more days or should I just setup an appointment with my dr? Only problem is it usually takes about 3 or 4 days to get an appointment and I don’t want to wait any longer! Could really use some advice, If I am + it will be my 1st one ever
