Don’t know what to do

Me and partner just not getting on anymore I have 4 kids pregnant with 5th

I have debts and got told by council if single parent I’ve still got to find towards rent and council tax I will literally not have enough money to even cover bills and never any birthday presents etc

I worked before as a carer but can’t see how with 5 on my own what do I do I feel stuck with partner and I want out
