Tests getting lighter

I know it’s probably nothing to worry about but just wanted to ask to check!

So I have bought some super cheap pregnancy tests because 12 weeks is a long wait for a scan and I like to keep checking in with the little noodle (I know I don’t need to, it just makes me happy to see the lines)!

Anyway the lines come up really dark when its taken so that’s all good. However as the test dries the control line stays dark but the test line fades out and goes patchy.

Is this normal or are my levels dropping?

Could it be it’s just because it’s a cheap test?

I’m around 6 weeks.
