Help a girl out ☺️

Ok so I’m a bit on the larger side with my weight.

I am comfortable in my body and have my oh support but I would love to loose weight for 2 reasons.

1. being I’d like to be fitter/healthier. And 2. I need to have my bmi 30 or lower to get the help me & my oh need/want to start treatment to have a baby.

This being said I have no close ‘friends’ or anything to make this earlier to go walks etc with and I’m too shy/scared to join a gym especially on my own.

What has work for you guys any tips etc. I struggle and go for chocolate and As I sit and write this my fat ass is thinking of the biscuit tin 🤣🤣
