Early labor? First time mom please help!

So my back has been hurting me all day long. And I’ve had diarrhea. I don’t have any cramps but I have this sharp shooting pain in my stomach and it shoots up to my breasts. This shooting pain has only lasted for about 20 minutes now but it’s quite painful. I can’t find a position to subside the pain so I’m fixing to take a warm bath. Could I be going into labor early? The pain is not unbearable just really uncomfortable. I’m sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m only 30 weeks along and very scared 😬
