How long was it sore to stand up/sit back down after baby arrived?

I had a c-section. The majority of the soreness was gone within two weeks but I was still sore for a couple weeks after that at least. It has been 10 + 5 weeks and I still have a little soreness here and there but it’s basically nothing.

By the end of day 5 I felt pretty much back to normal. Could get up, walk around, not out of breath anymore (did some yard work). Have horrible right hip pain though (that started weeks before delivery) but otherwise super mobile!

12-15 days with in 7 it was significant better but not completely good until almost 2week. If you torn and have stitches I recommend diy Ice pads I just soaked some in witch hazel, freezes them in a ziploc and just changed it every time I used the bathroom along with my sitz bath

I had a natural birth. No tears no nothing. But it took over a month for all pain to subside. Sitting down didn’t hurt like people said it would(probably cause I didn’t tear) but walking and standing too long hurt like a bitch! I damn near wanted to cry at times.

I was only sore if I allowed myself to just sit/lay still for extended periods of time. So I never did that. I was on my feet for a good majority of the time I was in the hospital and made sure to stretch every single day, multiple times a day. I went home feeling perfectly fine.

I had internal tears and labial tears up to my urethra. I don't even know how many stitches I had. Im now almost 6 wks pp and sometimes going to pee is still painful as my pelvic floor is weaker and bladder is low.

5 days, a little longer to sit down hard but if I say myself down comfortably I was okay.

I had a second degree tear and I was surprised at how good I felt. I had pelvic pain for the first week or so (felt as though I’d been kicked hard in the crotch) but I was going for walks from a few days after with no problems. My stitches never really bothered me, I was aware of them so I was careful sitting down for a couple of weeks but I never had to use ice packs or ring pillows or anything
