Scared and nervous

Ok help me guys. This is my second baby, I'm about 6 weeks along now and I'm excited but now I'm scared and nervous and don't want to lose the baby because I'm spotting it is very light like only when I wipe but it started yesterday afternoon and now today it is also very light pink. I had sex on Sunday for I want to say it lasted about 20 mins straight and it was slow at first but then rough do you think that could have something to do with it? Or something totally different? I'm not having any cramps at all which I read is usually a sign of miscarriage so I mean I guess that is good right? So please help me
