Did you exercise during pregnancy

Feel free to elaborate, which trimesters (if not all), etc. Anyone to follow on Instagram for prenatal workouts?

I continued what I was doing prior to being pregnant! Weights and yoga, and walks. I hate running, so that will never be a part of my routine, pregnant or not. 💁🏻‍♀️ throughout my pregnancy things I had to modify and lower intensity gradually. I just listened to my body and didn’t push too hard. I use a stationary bike now, so when I get pregnant again I want to keep that up for cardio. 
When I was 37 weeks I went for a hike with my husband, and he was helping boost me over 4 ft high logs. 😅 My water broke that night! 
Following to find out some fitness accounts too 😊 I follow Sarah’s Day, on YouTube and insta, she does show some workouts, but just health in general. ☺️

I was doing CrossFit 5 days a week before getting pregnant with my first. Once I was pregnant, I continued CF during the first trimester. Once I started showing at 20 weeks, I didn’t feel comfortable throwing the barbell around anymore so I would heavily scale and then I stopped about halfway through the second trimester. I continued doing my own HIIT workouts and lifting weights using kettlebells and dumbbells. During the last month, I was only walking and doing prenatal yoga.

I wasn’t an exerciser before so I’m not adding anything extreme in. I try to walk a few times a week for at least a mile.

I was doing heavy weight training and cardio before I was pregnant. I had bad morning sickness for the first 6 weeks and went to just incline walking. I’m feeling much better and I’m back to doing the same cardio and lifting that I was doing before with the okay of my DR. Just some slight modifications. 💪🏼

I did it all up until the day I went into labor. Best thing you can do for your body and baby, as long as you have no medical restrictions. My delivery and recovery was a breeze! Highly recommend.

Hello. I have during all 3 so far although I’m not that far through my 3rd. My doctor said it’s obviously important to always keep active throughout pregnancy but as you progress you may have to make some modifications and everyone has a different fitness level. I haven’t found I need to do much different but I’m being more careful about injuries and I’m doing a bit more lower impact stuff than I would normally. It seems to be helping a lot as I feel great. My advice would be keep active and just take breaks or make adjustments if you ever feel like something doesn’t feel right x

I was doing heavy weight lifting before pregnancy. I was on modified rest my first trimester so I only walked. Then when I was cleared to workout I tried but my center of balance was so off. I just walk, and live on a farm. So I try and be active. I have a Fitbit and try and get at least 3 hours in fat burn daily.
