Confused ?
So I am redoing keto for the second time . I have set for 20 but trying not to go above that . I had a keto meal shake which I dont do often for breakfast. I went to make lunch of a BLT (no bread) with guacamole for spread. I logged it all into mfp and it says I'll only have 1 left .was going to have green beans with it but that's out the question . I just am not sure how to get my remaining 179 grams of protein without going over or over by much in carbs ?🤔
