Stockings for super pale people?

(I’m not 100% sure what they’re called). Whenever I try to wear tan tights they always change my race. I’m incredibly pale and I can never find tights to wear under my dresses that actually don’t look like i only tan from the waist down. I usually just opt for fully black ones due to this. But surely there’s tights for people who literally can’t tan? Is there like a brand or color type I should be looking for?
