I’m 6 months PP and breastfeeding. I’m a big girl, I weigh 200+ and it seems like I’ve even gained weight since breastfeeding. I just want to feel good about myself. I can’t go to the gym, due to my Fiancé’s weird work schedule. So I have my baby all the time, I’m also a Stay at home mom. What can I do to lose weight/get in shape, without my supply dropping?
